Who we are

Pinetech Infrastructure Solutions LLC is an IT and security business in Maine. This notice covers pinetechsolutions.com. Questions go to hello@pinetechsolutions.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email, organization, service interest, size, timeline, and message you enter. If you book a call, we also record the time you choose. To limit spam, the form keeps a one-way hash of your network address for about a day. It is not saved with your request.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party fonts, and the public pages set no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot. The client portal and admin pages use a Cloudflare Access sign-in, which sets a login cookie after you sign in.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your request, schedule your call, and prepare a quote. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing.

Who processes it

This site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages and stores form data. When you send a request or book a call, Cloudflare emails the details to our Google Workspace inbox so we can reply. If you book a call, we add it to our Google Calendar, so Google receives your name, email address, and the time, and Google emails you the invitation with a video link. Apart from that invitation, we do not send you automated email. Form data travels over an encrypted connection, and only we can read it.

To keep bots out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser, such as your network address and browser type, and Cloudflare states it does not use them to identify or profile you. Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not let third parties collect information about your activity on this site. Because of that, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Keeping, correcting, and deleting

We keep requests while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@pinetechsolutions.com from the address you used and we will act on it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page and update the date below.
